Fire-Dex Announces The New FDXL-50 Grey Leather Boot

Medina, Ohio - Fire-Dex has released a new structural leather boot that offers lightweight comfort & protection together with a traditional, throwback styling that won't break your budget.

The FDXL-50 Grey Leather Boot exterior features a Vibram® FIRE&ICE™ sole, rubber reinforced toe and heel guards, padded shin guards, and integrated pull-on loops.  

The interior of  the boot includes a tri-laminate liner that features a system of thermal and moisture protection together with a Lunar facecloth.  The Lunar material is designed specifically for durability and to allow the boot to slide on easily. It is also treated with Agion®, an antimicrobial technology that stops the spread of odor causing bacteria.  The breathable moisture barrier is fully sealed and secured to the boot to eliminate liner pull-out, providing full liquid and blood-borne pathogen protection.

Additional protection includes a steel toe and shank and a sole lined with Lenzi puncture resistant material.  Its dual-density SMART foam insert absorbs and disperses impact energy which reduces foot, leg, and back fatigue.

The FDXL-50 Grey Leather boot is NFPA 1971, 2013 & CSA compliant.  These boots are available for purchase from most major Fire-Dex distributors.
