Surveillance camera catches firefighters’ arrival after toddler drowns in pool
Firefighters say the child could have been in the pool for up to 10 minutes before anyone noticed

PHOENIX — A toddler died after being pulled from the bottom of a pool Sunday afternoon.
The little boy was going to turn 2-years-old in September. A neighbor's surveillance camera caught the heart-wrenching scene that unfolded outside a home after a call for help was placed.
Neighbors say they have the surveillance cameras for their own protection, but Sunday it caught a gut-wrenching scene outside their home as firefighters arrived to try to save a boy found at the bottom of a backyard pool.
