Surveillance camera catches firefighters’ arrival after toddler drowns in pool

Firefighters say the child could have been in the pool for up to 10 minutes before anyone noticed

PHOENIX — A toddler died after being pulled from the bottom of a pool Sunday afternoon.

The little boy was going to turn 2-years-old in September. A neighbor's surveillance camera caught the heart-wrenching scene that unfolded outside a home after a call for help was placed.
