Ohio teen killed in collision with fire truck

SHILOH, Ohio — It was a tragic start to the holiday break for everyone at Plymouth High School.

Seventeen-year-old student Abigail Finnegan was killed Saturday morning in northern Richland County when the pickup she was driving collided with a Shiloh fire truck.

Finnegan was traveling south on Bowman Street near Kastor Road, where she lived, around 9:55 a.m. when she lost control of her 2003 Chevy pickup, trooper Amy Ivy of the Mansfield post of the Ohio Highway Patrol said.
