3 people rescued during Las Vegas abandoned building fire
Las Vegas firefighters did a thorough secondary search of the entire building after the fire

LAS VEGAS — Las Vegas firefighters found three people inside an abandoned building during a fire on Aug. 29, 2023.
Firefighters responded to the fire at approximately 6:30 p.m. at 300 East Charleston Boulevard near 3rd Street, KLAS reported.
The three people inside were rescued, treated for smoke inhalation and transported to a hospital.

Due to the building's size and the amount of fire, a second alarm was dispatched. Clark County firefighters were also on the scene.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
