Video: Congressional Fire Services Caucus presents 144 U.S. flags to NFFF
The flags, which have flown over the Capitol, will be given to the families of firefighters who died in the line of duty

WASHINGTON — Members of the Congressional Fire Services Caucus presented 144 U.S. flags that have flown over the U.S. Capitol to the National Fallen Firefighters Foundation in a ceremony Wednesday morning.
D.C. Fire and EMS hosted the flag ceremony.
The flags will be given to the families of 79 firefighters who died in the line of duty in 2022 plus 65 who died in previous years. The families will receive the flags at the National Fallen Firefighters Memorial Service on May 7, in Emmitsburg, Maryland.
